For this exceptional residence in Punta Cana, El Castillo de Mi Madre has created a sanctuary of serenity where luxury is understated and organic. The challenge of this project was to create an interior that would harmonise with the dazzling Caribbean light whilst maintaining a sophisticated elegance and a constant sense of freshness.
Transparency & Fluidity:
The interior design has been conceived to blur the boundary between the tropical garden and the living spaces. By prioritising open-plan layouts and cathedral ceilings, we have encouraged natural ventilation and ensured maximum light. The use of light-coloured materials, natural stone and touches of driftwood anchors the villa in its surroundings whilst emphasising its prestigious character.
The carefully selected furniture lends a touch of European authenticity to this tropical villa. We have opted for wrought-iron pieces with delicate lines, deep armchairs in white linen and handcrafted ceramic accessories. Each piece of furniture has been treated to withstand the coastal climate whilst offering the comfort of fine craftsmanship, transforming every living room into a haven of pure refinement.
