The architectural challenge was to optimise the layout to allow natural light to flow through, whilst defining distinct and refined living spaces. From intricate mouldings to bespoke cornices, every structural detail has been designed to showcase the fine materials and create a timeless backdrop.
The uniqueness of this flat lies in its exclusive selection of high-end furniture. Every piece — from the deep velvet seating to the tables crafted from precious woods — has been handcrafted specifically for this project. The bold combination of wrought iron, glazed ceramics and gold leaf finishes lends each room a rare artistic flair.
